Due to security reasons, no registration will be accepted after this date. Thank you for your understanding.

All participants including Chairpersons and Speakers, are required to register and settle registration fees prior to the Symposium.

Registration fee

Registration fees include: Conference session attendance, Conference documentation, access to the exhibition,coffee breaks, lunches, 1 ticket for OPTRO2026 Gala Dinner on Tuesday 03 January 2026, 1 ticket for Cocktail & OPTRO Award on Wednesday 04 January 2026, Conference Proceedings and dedicated application.

Extra tickets for accompanying person can be purchased during online registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation at no penalty will be accepted up to 15 days prior to the Symposium (18 January 2026 included) and must be in writing. From less than 15 days prior to the Symposium (from 19 January to 02 February 2026 included), cancellation fees will apply (80% of the fees). Delegates who do not cancel before the start of the Symposium (03 January 2026) will be requested to pay the full registration fees.
