CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation at no penalty will be accepted up to 15 days prior to the Symposium (08 January 2024 included) and must be in writing. From less than 15 days prior to the Symposium (from 09 January to 22 January 2024 included), cancellation fees will apply (80% of the fees). Delegates who do not cancel before the start of the Symposium (23 January 2024) will be requested to pay the full registration fees.
