Online registration will be open
from Thursday, October 9, 2025 to Thursday, January 15, 2026
Due to security reasons, no registration will be accepted after this date. Thank you for your understanding.
All participants including Chairpersons and Speakers, are required to register and settle registration fees prior to the Symposium.
Registration fee

Registration fees include: Conference session attendance, Conference documentation, access to the exhibition,coffee breaks, lunches, 1 ticket for OPTRO2026 Gala Dinner on Tuesday 03 February 2026, 1 ticket for Cocktail & OPTRO Award on Wednesday 04 February 2026, Conference Proceedings and dedicated application.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations at the initiative of the delegate must be applied in writing (optro@3af.fr)
- When applied more than 30 days prior to the Symposium (31 December 2025 included) registration fees will be refunded in full, no penalty will be applied.
- For cancellation applied less than 30 days prior to the Symposium (from 01 January 2026 to 02 February 2026 included), cancellation fees will apply (80% of the registration fees).
- For cancellation applied upon or after the start of the Symposium (03 February 2026), no refund will be possible, and the delegate will be requested to pay the full registration fees.
