Please find below the key dates for the preparation of the Conference :

Paper's Format

3AF will publish Conference Proceedings on a dedicated online website, accessible only for OPTRO2024 delegates.

To ensure optimal quality presentation of all papers, please refer the requirements sent with your notification of acceptance, also available  here

A strict compliance to these requirements is strongly recommended.

Papers should be submitted in Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf extension) to ensure the document’s original layout.

Discount Registration Rate

Chairpersons and Speakers are required to register and settle registration fees prior to the Symposium.
